Description
This 2017 $20 fine silver coin from the Royal Canadian Mint's First World War Battlefront Series commemorates the Battle of Vimy Ridge. The reverse, designed by Pandora Young, depicts a Canadian soldier with an 18-pounder gun and selective gold plating on the Victory figure from the Victory Medal. The obverse features the effigy of King George V.
